Lusigny offers the cloud-based Centrik IT platform on an easily affordable, all-inclusive subscription basis. Centrik is an industry standard IT solution currently in use by more than 260 aviation operators worldwide.
Centrik collates and maintains safety information in easily understood database format. Compliance with a competent authority regulatory and non-regulatory requirements throughout the organisation is an important part of the package.
Centrik provides easy to understand IT modules including Document, Safety, Risk and Quality/Compliance programmes amongst others.
Documentation Management Systems (DMS)
The Lusigny DMS includes:
- The creation, authoring, revision and on-going maintenance of the Operations Manual suite;
- Consistent documentation adopting a clear corporate style;
- Intellectual authoring and text input for compliant document content and control;
- Version control, historical recording and revision management;

Safety Management Systems (SMS)
Lusigny works with its clients to ensure the effective implementation of an SMS that meets the requirements set out in the ICAO Safety Management Manual (doc. 9859). This includes:
- A gap analysis to assess which aspects of SMS are already in place, and to what degree;
- Development of the ICAO SMS Implementation Plan;
- Safety Policy and Objectives;
- SMS organisation and management commitment;
- Key safety processes and procedures, including hazard identification and risk management processes, safety investigations and analysis;
- Safety documentation and information, including the production of a Safety Manual;
- Safety promotion and training;
- Safety oversight and performance monitoring;
- Risk Management and assessment process.
Lusigny assists in the transition of safety management practices from a reactive to a more proactive mode, ensuring the establishment of an organised approach to managing safety.
Compliance/Quality/Audit Management
Conducting audits is a regulatory requirement for all air operators and part of a compliance/quality system. Lusigny offers independent compliance/quality management consultancy, in addition to conducting independent external audits for operators and third-party contractors across all disciplines of the operation.
The Lusigny team includes EASA/IATA trained Auditors providing independent expertise in the EASA/IOSA disciplines. EASA/FAA/IOSA audit requires compliant documentation.
Meeting required regulatory standards and recommended safety practices is core to implementing ICAO Annex’s 6 & 19 requirements, essential for a successful IOSA audit and SMS conformity.
Lusigny proactively addresses findings from audits. By reducing documentation, non- conformities, costly and lengthy post-audit corrective actions are minimised.
